Handicaped Beyond Understanding

Definition of understanding : A mental grasp. The power of comprehending. The capacity to apprehend general relations of particulars. The power to make experience intelligible by applying concepts and categories.

I am continuously learning and growing in the Lord and I still want more from Him. I'm sure there are those who who think they know it all (Pride). I remember when I was young I kept thinking I am better than others or I can do better than them or smarter. Boy, I was wrong as I was growing up I can see the elders that are still learning but in a different way. All Wisdom and understanding comes from the Lord. How do we receive it? Through the Scriptures.

God operates in a totally different way than we operate because He is Sovereign God that know what is best for each and every one of us. Most of my life I have been deaf and I try to act like a hearing person, be "normal" that puts me into depression when I found my limitations (not communicating in groups (cant read many lips at the same time) using telephone, listening to radio but one day God told me through His word about the blind man who had been blind all his life in John chapter 9.

Now as Jesus passed by, He saw a man who was blind from birth. And His disciples asked Jesus who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind? Jesus answered neither this man or his parents sinned, but that the works of God should be revealed in him.

God is an awesome God that works in my life and He use my deafness for His Glory!
There are many who need to hear this: its not just blindness, its also deafness, handicap, or any limitations. God enjoys using those people with limitation in flesh or weakness for His Glory.

It is beyond words how people are encouraged and lifted not through just words but also through actions. It happens through obedience and faith.

There is a choice you can be sulking around being focusing on your problems or start glorifying God and let Him work in your life so that others may be lifted.

Has your handicap been a problem? Give it to God...you might get healed or maybe in due time will be healed. Trust in Him!

First we are ALL are sinner and fall short the Glory of God in Romans Ch 5 verse 8 and 9
also Gods famous expression of His love John 3:16. For God loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. All we need to do is believe in Jesus.

Repeat this prayer out loud to Him. Lord Jesus, I admit I am a sinner and forgive me of my sins cleanse me with your redeeming Blood wash me of all my past sins. Lord Jesus come into my life, transform me make me new again. Thank you Jesus. Amen.
